Think Man vs. Food. I'll be finding some options in the area, pick the best one, and give it my best shot to finish whatever meal is put in front of me under the required time limit. I may not finish, but I will be using this month to train myself properly. If I fail, who cares, just participating in this will be a thrill.
2. February - Give up eating sandwiches.
I'm already dreading this. Last night Rachel and I were sitting on the couch and she was helping me brainstorm some of these ideas. She came up with this one. She thinks I eat a packed lunch like a child. I will eat a sandwich, some chips and a snack. At least for the month of February, my beloved sandwiches will not be a part of my diet.
